This was a little test utilizing DAZ 3D's Safari Starter Set. I wanted to try something a little quirky and placed the animals in an urban setting. But to be honest I didn't have enough building backdrops so most of the shots are of a local public park.
I wanted very much to attempt to learn and improve at methods of making a basic planet. Though quite generic and basic, I felt quite encouraged by the results of this render.

I think this is the Horizon kit, although I can't be certain. I obtained it from a friend who was having a clear out, so it came mostly built, I just added a few pieces here and there, lit up the eyes and repainted it.
Despite the ancient VHS quality, it is 1980 after all, this beautiful little gem of a clip has the late Walter Cronkite visiting ILM as part of the promotion for the release of The Empire Strikes Back. It also includes a brief snippet of Disney's ACES system.
