The Rinascimento; a sect of knights, guardians of all that was humanity's achievements in art, culture and civilisation.
Individually these knights were called The Nescere.
The Nescere walked the wastelands to seek, collect and preserve all the culture that has been squandered by the wars, to return for study and preservation in the great halls of the Rinascimento compound, which itself was a testament to the Alexandrian library of ancient times.
